Millie the Dog needs a home


Millie is a petite gal weighing just about 35 pounds and just over a year old, maybe almost 2 yrs. We guess her to be a Terrier mix but see lots of Pointer traits in her. Millie was brought in to our main city shelter as a stray but came to us when that environment proved to be too overwhelming for her. Millie would thrive in a structured home that does not have a lot of comings & goings ~ No small children either. Millie loves fetch! We are working with her daily & she is thriving! Millie walks well on a leash but can be a bit reactive with passing other dogs. This is something that can be modified & we are working on this as well. Millie gets excited to see her care givers & loves her time spent outside with them. Her face will melt your heart & watching her thrive will feed your soul.
