Sebastian the Cat needs a home

Sebastian keeps getting overlooked. He is a young boy, about 3 years old. He is a big lap cat who loves brushing and petting. He adores people and will follow us around, sharing "stories" by chirping and meowing.  He is used to a quieter home, as the only cat. He is very smart and thougtful. He really loves people and needs a home now!
