Johnny is fostered in Port Charlotte, FL (Charlotte County). We are a foster-based rescue and always looking for fosters!



Johnny is a year-old border collie mix pup who weighs about 40 lbs. He is a bit hand shy and will need a patient and loving home that will help him work through this, especially around men.



Once he settles in, Johnny loves to wrestle, play tug and ball, and chew antlers. He will need to be in a home with other dogs for confidence and guidance. Johnny is kid- and cat-tested and approved.



Johnny requires a home with a fenced yard. He needs a committed and border collie-savvy adopter who will put the necessary time in to train him properly. Families with respectful children are encouraged to apply.



Johnny is neutered, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines and preventives, and microchipped.
