Adopt a Chocolate Labrador Retriever / Plott Hound / Mixed (short coat)

Chocolate Labrador Retriever / Plott Hound / Mixed (short coat) Dog

GUS the Dog needs a home

GUS is ready to steal your heart with his sweet face, playful personality and fabulous temperament. GUS is an 16-month-old, 50 lb. Lab/Plotthound mix who is super sweet and friendly and just meant to be part of your family! GUS  would love  to become your best friend, your hiking buddy and couch cuddler.  He has a lot of energy and loves to have fun so he would do best in an active family with a fenced in yard where he can run and play and explore the great outdoors. Gus is blossoming with his wonderful foster family. He is crate and potty trained and learning house manners and basic obedience. GUS is a smart boy who enjoys training (remember to stock up on his favorite treats).  When you come home from work GUS will be the first to greet you with wags and kisses!  Are you ready to bring sweet GUS into your heart?  He'll give you his devotion in exchange... forever and a day.

GUS is nuetered, heartworm negative and up to date on core vaccines. Adoption fee is $325. Please note that training is highly recommended for all young dogs. As with all rescue animals, breed determination cannot be validated without genetic testing. Visit WWW.LULUSRESCUE.ORG and click on the ADOPT tab for an overview of Lulu's Rescue adoption process. Thanks for adopting and saving a life -- you are GUS' hero!
