Remi the Cat needs a home
Remi was found by a family in Providence last November, after she had been beaten up by some other cats. The family took her in, and took good care of her until she had healed. She has now been spayed and vaccinated, and she is ready to find a new home that will keep her safe and indoors! Remi is rather independent, but loves to play with cat toys! She isn't a fan of being held for very long, however, she will seek a bed with a warm body in it to snuggle up with at night, if you let her. She is very gentle, even when she plays. Remi loves to rub against your legs as she's walking by, and will always be nearby, and hang out in the room that you are in. The wonderful family that took care of her were unable to keep her, because they believe that she deserves a home where she will have more love and attention during the day, as they are gone for longer periods of time due to work and school. She is shy around other cats, and she doesn't like dogs. Indoor only.
