Temperament: Carter is very fearful at first. As he learns to trust his human, he prefers to initiate any affection and is most loving and sweet in the mornings when he wants to go outside or when he is hungry. He does tend to prefer females, both human and canine. He is very playful with the female dogs in his foster home. When he doesn't want to do something he will growl, but has not tried to bite. He is not a big fan of being picked up. He will make a great companion for a single lady. Carter is not a suitable choice for a first-time dog owner.
Favorite Activities: Going on walks or ride in the car, Sleeping, being near his person, eating tissue, carrying his food bowl to where he wants to eat his food
Where did he come from: Owner passed away, he was dumped at shelter
Ambitions: To find the perfect furrever home
