Adopt a Tabby / Domestic Short Hair (short coat)
Gracie the Cat needs a home
Gracie is a big girl, weighing approx 18 pounds. She is a bit cautious at first, but loves to be petted and hang out with you.
Gracie is a very sweet. She is a brown tabby with ticking on her coat like an Abyssinian. She has the sweetest little meow to answer you when you tell her she is beautiful. It's like she is saying thank you, being very prim and proper. Her human died suddenly and she misses her. She lives with three other cats, but would enjoy being an only cat. She is shy and loves to curl up in her kitty condo/scratching tree. I had to get one with extra-large compartments because she and the two cats she came with are all very big kitties who have all had to give up snacks and people food She has lost 2 lbs. since coming to us and should lose a few more. She comes out for petting when I come home and sit down. When I move around she still runs for the safety of the condo cubby hole. She is around three years old and has lovely rust colored fur around her face and paws and has lovely green soulful eyes. She thinks the cardboard scratching lounge is really neat and loves to survey the bedroom from that vantage point. She desperately needs love and attention. Can you find a place in your heart for her?
Gracie is current on vaccines, spayed and tested negative for Feline Aids and Leukemia
