Adopt a Husky
Baylen and Lakota the Dog needs a home
Meet Baylen and Lakoda. They are 4 and 3.5 year old Huskies. These two were rescued after being used as a breeding pair and because of their special bond, must be adopted together. They are fixed, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped.
Baylen is a wonderful loving dog. He has the typical husky look to him with beautiful bright blue eyes. He is very curious and full of energy. He loves to chase balls and play around the yard. He will talk to you when he is excited or when he is being fed. He will curl up next to you and let you pet him for hours. Be ready to brush, brush, brush him to keep that beautiful coat in shape! Just to let you know, he can be an escape artist. If he can see outside the fence and wants to be out he will try and get out. Digging is his favorite way to get out of the yard. With the proper precautions he will stay in the yard. He is good with kids and other dogs.
Lakoda, is also a great dog. She is all white in color. She has a much different personality than her companion Baylen. She is still a very loving dog. She is very shy and takes longer to warm up. She loves to curl up in your lap. She has the husky 2 different colored eyes, one blue one brown. She will tolerate being brushed but doesn't really seem to like it to much. She loves to curl up on your clothes/blankets/sheets of they are on the floor. She has also been okay children and other dogs. She does not try to get out of the yard like Baylen. But like Baylen, she will talk to you. She is pretty good at telling you when she needs to go outside and definitely when she wants to come back in if you don't have a doggie door. Lakota's favorite time of the day is feeding time, she is very talkative!
