Hi! My name is Josie! When I first came to Nebraska, I was really scared. I hadn’t really been in a home before so it was hard for me to trust my foster family. But they were so nice that I decided to give them a chance! Since I opened up, I’ve learned to walk on a leash, go up and down stairs, and run around the backyard! My foster parents have told me many times that I’m super athletic. I think that means that I can jump high and run fast! Sometimes I think being athletic is a good thing but it does get me in trouble every now and then. I just get so excited to see people and other dogs that my hind legs just start moving so fast! My mom says I’m still young and I just need some time to learn how to control my energy. In the meantime, I really hope my furever family is active so that we can play and run and jump together! When I’m not playing, I love to cuddle. Warm, fuzzy blankets are my favorite, especially if we can share one together. I’ll try to give you your space but I haven’t really learned those boundaries yet so you’ll have to bear with me while I figure it out. I’m really looking forward to finding my furever home!
