Adopt a Great Pyrenees (long coat)

Great Pyrenees (long coat) Dog

Max the Dog needs a home

Meet Max!  This affectionate boy was born around June 1, 2013, and he weighs 90 pounds.  He is the perfect combination of playful and easygoing.

He loves cuddling with his humans and is good with older kids.

He gets along great with big male and female dogs, and he is respectful of dogs that don’t want to play.  Given his exuberance, he would do best with a big, active doggie companion to help him expend his energy.

If he is the only dog in the house, his humans will need to keep him active with walks, playing, and various adventures.  He is very spirited and needs lots of room to run and play.  He still loves his toys!

Max is house trained and rides great in a car.   He is great on leash, and likes a quick pace, maybe even a jog!  He loves meeting new people along the way.  He hasn’t been around cats or small dogs, so we don’t know how he would do with them in the house.

Max loves to be outside whether he’s playing, or just laying in the grass, content as can be.

He barks sometimes when he needs to warn you about something, and he has a lovely, deep, muted bark.
