Carmen is available for foster or adoption! We are a foster-based rescue and always looking for fosters! Carmen is currently fostered in Dade City, FL (Pasco County).



Carmen is a 2-year-old heeler mix. She has some weight to lose and will be in the upper 40s when healthy. She is a lovely, well-behaved and easygoing girl. She is very loving and does well with other dogs and people. Carmen is spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccines and preventives, and heartworm negative. We will be getting her a dental soon at our vet in Palm Harbor. She is ready to make someone a very lucky pet parent!
