Adopt a American Eskimo Dog (long coat)

Klondike is such a handsome American Eskimo Dog! Klondike is about two years old, weighs 17 pounds and is a miniature size. 

Klondike loves to play with other dogs his size. He is a little bit timid for first few minutes with a new person but quickly warms up and is a fantastic guy!! He does well going outside to do his business but in any new home there is an adjustment period. We do not know how he is with children and for safety reasons think he would be best with older kids.

WE ARE IN ABILENE, TEXAS. WE DO NOT SHIP OR TRANSPORT OUR PETS, WE REQUIRE ADOPTERS MEET THE DOG TO MAKE SURE IT IS A GOOD FIT.

NOTE: We are a rescue, the dogs are in foster homes. WE DO NOT HAVE A FACILITY THAT OPENS TO THE PUBLIC. We require an application BEFORE a potential adopter will be introduced to one of our pets. We contact vets to ensure that pets already in the adoptive home are current on vaccines, heartworm prevention and sterilized. We have gotten to know the pet and our goal is to make the best match, between pet and people. PLEASE be aware, we do not adopt out to a home that has an animal which has not been spayed or neutered.
