Hi there! My name is Thorr! I am looking for my forever home! I am currently working on some manners-I jump too much.  I just get so excited!!  My foster parents are helping me learn that I need to stay down.  I am adjusting to my new foster home, I get scared when I see new people so I am nervous/scared until I know I can trust you. I do prefer a quieter house so being with adults would be best. I like my foster mom A LOT, but think my foster dad is okay. I feel safer with my foster mom, but I think over time I will learn to love my foster dad just as much and my foster mom. I have some itchy skin so we are trying grain free food, right now I am making the switch from puppy food to adult food (Taste of the Wild). I am doing really well with that. My foster mom rubs the really itchy areas with the coconut oil, that seems to help me along with the grain free food.

I am potty trained (99.9%) of the time. I do pretty well in my crate but sometimes I do howl in my kennel but only sometimes, I think it's just because I miss my foster mom when she has to leave. I do like to sleep in my kennel with my blankets. Blankets are better than bed, I tend to chew in the beds. I also do pretty good on my leash when we go for walks, sometimes I get a little excited but then I remember to walk better.

Ruff Start Rescue is a foster based rescue. Animals are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a facility where animals are kept.
