Oh lawdie y'all, I can't even tell ya 'bout what some rural southern folk do to unwanted dogs, let's just say they have some alternative ways of dealing with strays, you'll have to ask my Foster Mom 'bout that. Since I am sweet as strawberry jam on a homemade biscuit, I had kind folk rally together to get me to safety. Did someone just say biscuit? Now I'm hungry. Better munch on somethin", I need my energy to charm the pants off of potential adopters. My ears might be German Shepherd sized, but they are attached to a small frame of just 20 pounderoos at one year old. I'm not even knee high to a grasshopper, more like ankle high. They marked me as Terrier mix, but I might be the product of a hunting dog like a Plotthound mixed with something small and anstonishin'. I am a girl dog, the ole yellow collar didn't suit me so Foster Mom got me a new pink one that screams "it's a girl!!!" and better suits my dispawsition. They call me Tigger but I've never met Winnie the Pooh and I'm not a cat. Ah, wait, it just hit me, it's my stripes right? These legit marble swirl stripes are called brindle. Natural camo. But I won't be doing any hunting, I am a gentle loving lady oooozing with southern charm and plan to use my camo to blend into a leopard print bedspread or plaid couch. I am house and crate trained, great with all dogs, great with cats, great with children and on a lead, blah, blah boring stuff people need to know. We threw away my old collar because unlike dogs, ugly old reminders of a sad life are disposable. GOD'S DOGS Rescue, in San Antonio TX, does not have a shelter - ALL of our dogs are raised in foster homes in the San Antonio area. UPON adoption this dog/pup will be transported to you in YOUR area!!
Each dog comes spayed or neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations that are appropriate for their age, micro-chipped, heart worm tested and on current on monthly flea/tick and heart worm preventative. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption.
****Please realize that breed mix and size when grown are guesstimates based on the dog/pup's characteristics and coloring, unless we have mother/father in our rescue...*****
ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE OF $200.00 for adoptions in TEXAS only. IF THIS IS AN OUT OF STATE ADOPTION, TRANSPORT TO YOU is included in the adoption fee of $400.00 for adult dogs and $450.00 for puppies. We transport all over the country!!
