Pepe is a 3 year old Chihuahua who weighs about 4 pounds. He's a very laid back little guy who is just loving having his own bed, toys and a full belly. When Pepe first came here he was skin and bones, flea infested, dirty and down right sad. Now the fleas and dirt are gone. He's starting to gain weight and the sadness and worry in his eyes has been replaced by happiness and peace. Grandpa Pepe, as we lovingly call him, is a gentle old soul despite his age and is a joy to be around. He will be a great new best friend.
