Adopt a Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed (short coat)

Oh, so you thought the name Marley was reserved for only rambunky yellow Labs that star in movies? They could have named me Honey, because I am the combo of thick and sweet. I am a 2 year old, male, Pit Bull Terrier mix. My colors are black and white and my weight is 48 pounds, but the volunteer lady says I am so compact I look smaller than 48 pounds, she probably meant to say muscle weighs more than fat and I am such an athletic hunk.  I am hoping you don’t just judge books by covers, because then you might miss out on a really inspiring tail. My exterior might appear tuff to a naked eye, but if you really take the time to know me, I am an INCREDIBLY nice guy that gets along with humans and other canines. And boy howdy, nice guys do finish last, don’t they, I have a doozy to tell you……………  You know how when your Mom drops you off at boarding or leaves for work and you think……..oh no, what if they never come back and you worry so much, but then they usually come back. Well, everydog’s worst night mare came true for me. I am in need of a home, because get this………….my owner dropped me off for boarding at an Animal Hospital and then never came back. The manager didn’t want to send me to the pound, because she knows my tail would not end happy there, so she asked God’s Dogs Rescue to find me a new home, preferably one that does understand the term “forever”. GOD'S DOGS Rescue, in San Antonio TX, does not have a shelter - ALL of our dogs are raised in foster homes in the San Antonio area. UPON adoption this dog/pup will be transported to you in YOUR area!!

Each dog comes spayed or neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations that are appropriate for their age, micro-chipped, heart worm tested and on current on monthly flea/tick and heart worm preventative. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption.

****Please realize that breed mix and size when grown are guesstimates based on the dog/pup's characteristics and coloring, unless we have mother/father in our rescue...*****

ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE OF $200.00 for adoptions in TEXAS only. IF THIS IS AN OUT OF STATE ADOPTION, TRANSPORT TO YOU is included in the adoption fee of $400.00 for adult dogs and $450.00 for puppies.  We transport all over the country!!
