UPDATE: Maddie has found herself back in Rescue after being returned by her adopters. According to vet records, Maddie started chewing and ended up injuring her tail resulting in a tail amputation. She has not regained total ability to urinate and poop on her own but is undergoing laser therapy and medication therapy.
Maddie is a sweet little girl who had been hit by a car and taken to a local North Texas shelter. She is undergoing wound therapy at her foster home and has started walking now that she is medication to help with the swelling. She will need a few weeks to recover from her injury and then she will be ready for her forever home.
