Oscar is a tough dog, that needs a tough owner. He is good at learning commands however without consistent reinforcement he easily forgets what he has learned. He is a little rambunctious and has a carefree attitude. He has lots of energy and plays with toys. I have to say he would me a good dog for someone with the time to spend with him. With the right owner/trainer he could someday be suitable for children however at this time I would suggest no small children.
