Chloe the Dog needs a home
My name is Chloe. I was part of a puppy mill operation. I lived in rabbit hutches with a bunch of other dogs. I had babies that my owner sold. I made money for her but she did not want to spend money on keeping me healthy. I am 9 years old and heartworm positive. When the vet saw me the first time he discovered I had a collapsed trachea, urinary tract infections, bad teeth, two floating patella's and of course heartworm positive. Currently I am not spayed but will be once I am healthier. I am on medicine now to get me on the road to being healthy. I will be reevaluated in 14 days and in 30 days. Then we will start heartworm treatment and get me spayed. I am very sweet. I love being in air conditioning instead of outside with only trees to provide shade. I am good with other dogs. I love to sit next to a person and watch TV. Well actually I take a nap with the human watches TV. If you have room in your heart and in your air conditioned house to take my little 9 lbs being in then fill out an applications. WE FINALIZE EVERY ADOPTION WITH A HOME VISIT THEREFORE POTENTIAL HOMES MUST BE WITHIN A HOURS DRIVE TIME OF CHARLOTTE NC. A FOSTER PET WILL NOT BE SHIPPED TO SOMEONE LIVING OUTSIDE THE ADOPTION AREA NOR WILL ANYONE BE ALLOWED TO COME PICK A PET UP FROM US. YOU MUST BE 21 TO ADOPT FROM OUR GROUP
