Meet Little Ricky!

Little Ricky was found as a stray on a 4 lane highway in TN and taken to the animal clinic. This little guy has been through an ordeal and was  wary of his surroundings and people initially.  He has recently been transported to a foster in New England and is enjoying the winter snow! He loves to run in the snow and play with his foster dog siblings. He has a bobbed tail that wags constantly. Little Ricky will give kisses and jump up to be picked up and held. He is still a bit mouthy when handled although he does not bite at all. He is a cute chihuahua /papillon mix with black and white fur.  Little Ricky weighs about 10 pounds and we believe he is about 1-2 years old.  He is great in the car but considers the windshield wipers threatening and barks at them! Such a cute and funny boy! Little Ricky is healthy and up to date on all vaccinations, is neutered and micro chipped. The best home for him would be one with adults only and possibly another dog companion to play with.  Because of his mouthiness we will not place him in a home with children.  Although we don't know how he is with cats we don't have reason to believe he would have any issues with them.

Little Ricky has just been transported north to New England for adoption. The adoption donation is  $450 which includes a health certificate and transport north. 

*Unless stated otherwise, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, on flea/tick product and heart worm prevention medicine (if older than 5 months) and micro chipped prior to adoption.

*Please note that while we do our best to accurately state the breed or breed mix of a dog, we often have very limited information to draw from. Identifying the breed without pedigrees and information on heritage can be very challenging!
