Bobby the Dog needs a home
Bobby is a coton de tulear who has spent his life as a breeding dog in a commercial kennel. His breeder decided to retire him and so he came into rescue.
He has never been inside a house, walked on a leash, seen a TV or heard a vacuum cleaner, so everything will be strange and scary for him at first, and he will need a patient, experienced adopter to show him that laps are much better than kennel floors and tummy rubs are fun.
He is shy at first, but shows no sign of biting or growling, and he gets along well with other dogs.
His breeder was unsure of his age, but my vet says he's about 7 years old. His teeth were in poor shape, so he had to have a dental and is missing some teeth. He has been neutered, brought up to date with vaccinations, heartworm tested (negative), wormed and dosed with Revolution for flea and heartworm prevention. He is also microchipped.
