Sophie Marshall is a sweet, petite girl with gray and white fur. Her foster mom says she likes to brushed and petted and will fall asleep in your lap, when the timing is right. She is likely to follow you around the house, darting under the bed or around corners to spy on you, and will sometimes roll over to have her belly scratched. Sophie is playful and loves batting around her favorite mice. She can be “chirpy" when waiting for her breakfast, or when lonely, or when she doesn’t like the way you picked her up; otherwise, she is a quiet girl.

 


Sophie is very aware of where the doors and exits are so her new family should be very careful to know where she is before doors are opened to prevent her from being tempted to try to dart outside. Having been a stray at one point in her life, she doesn’t realize the extent of dangers out there waiting for her, so she will need someone who stays one step ahead of her on this.  An experienced cat owner who has dealt with acclimation techniques before would be best for her.
