Looking for a silly, outgoing, fun-loving Bassett Hound and Boston Terrier mix to brighten your days? Then we believe Heron is your guy! We rescued Heron from a kill shelter in San Bernardino County, and he quickly made fast friends with everyone both two and four legged. His favorite pastimes at TBL include roaming the play yard with his buddies, playing fetch with volunteers, and just being a ham for attention. You only need to meet him to know that this playful little 6-year-old (as of early 2018) has a happy-go-lucky outlook on life and nothing will bring him down. Heron loves to give you kisses – whether your hands, arms, or face, he is not picky! If you are not already smitten with his adorably squat legs, classic black and white coloring, constantly wagging tail, big inquisitive brown eyes, and happy smiling face, you will fall in love with his sweet and merry personality. Heron weighs around 25-30 pounds, a great size for most types of living situations. If Heron sounds like the perfect pup you have been looking for, do not let someone else snatch him up!
