Atlas the Dog needs a home

I'm Atlas.  I'm a male bulldog.  I was born October, 2016.  He is a smart, curious boy. He loves to be by his human.  He loves to run and play. He plays well with others.  Atlas told his foster mommy "I had no idea life could be this much fun. I was seriously neglected and starving when my Angel found me.
