Pumpkin the Cat needs a home
Pumpkin is a really sweet cat and has a very laid back personality. He loves attention and being doted on. Pumpkin likes hanging around on the cat furniture, as you can see. We think he is a real ham too – he seems to like to have his picture taken.
Pumpkin recently had surgery for a tumor in his ear. He came through the surgery just fine. The tumor that was removed was malignant – although the surgeon was very pleased that he removed all the tumor and around it he was able to get all clean margins. So for now, Pumpkin is a happy cat, he is doing really well and feeling good. He now has a little crooked ear from the surgery – but that just makes him all that more adorable and special. He has been a trooper through this entire experience and stayed just as loving and sweet as ever. So, what is Pumpkin’s prognosis for the future – we’re not sure. The cancer could “possibly” return but with the surgeon getting all of it with clean margins, it may never return. But for now we are hoping that there is that someone special out there that will want to give Pumpkin a loving home for whatever time he has left.
