United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals.  This pet is part of our Shelter Support Program at the Baldwin Park Shelter. Description:

A5145278 Nady is a kissy 6-year-old tricolor (white, apricot, black) male Yorkshire Terrier and Shih Tzu mix whose owner left him at the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on January 23rd for no stated reason. Weighing 11 lbs, Nady is a dapper little fellow who enjoys meeting new people and dogs. He walks politely on leash and is also happy to be carried—he is a true go-anywhere, I’m ready, let’s go fellow! He walks pretty well on leash, shows signs of housebreaking, has a moderate energy, and gets along with other dogs. With people he’s a kissy guy who loves swapping affection with people. He seems to have suffered from a lack of care in his former home; the shelter vet has noted his cloudy/cataract right eye and periodontal disease, and he came in severely matted and dirty (an issue that the volunteers have helped him with and a nice spa day will make him gorgeous). We think this little man is perfect for any loving individual or family. Nady will make a trusting and well-behaved indoor pet and companion to love and adore forever.
