Hera the Dog needs a home
Hera is such a sweet girl, and now that her puppies are all adopted she's ready to find her own forever home! Now that she's comfortable with the other dogs in the house, she loves to play! Shy at first, this sweet girl opens up pretty quickly and loves to be around people and her dog friends. She does need some time to adjust to new places, people, and dogs, but once she does she's ready to be best friends! She does have some resource guarding, and will need to be crated when fed, or fed separately, but has had no issue other than a warning growl when another dog is too close to her food (who doesn't get temperamental when they think someone is trying to take their food??). She'll do well with kids that understand when to give a dog space, and when they want to play, she likes kids but can get overwhelmed if it's too much for her. She is housebroken and crate trained, although sometimes she needs a treat to encourage her to go into the crate, but once in she loves it. She even goes in during the day just to take some time away from the rowdy dogs in the house. Hera will make a perfect addition to the right family!
