Chihuahua / Rat Terrier / Mixed (short coat) Dog

Nina the Dog needs a home

Nina is a very sweet, loving little girl. She would love nothing more than to be in your lap or arms all day long. She will require a home that is predominantly carpeted as she refuses to walk on tile or wood flooring. She is potty trained and typically barks to let you know she needs out, but will get up in the middle of the night needing to go out and doesn't always wake you then. She is kennel trained, loves to play with other, smaller dogs (20lbs or less) and is good in a car. She wasn't socialized a lot before being rescued, so she does get nervous around strange animals and situations. She is not the type of dog to be walked on a leash around your neighborhood every day. Her foster mom does not have cats, but she has been introduced to them and she didn't seem to care one way or the other. With a bath once a month, she sheds very little, so she's pretty low maintenance. She does have some funny little quirks, but don't we all. If you would like more information about Nina, or would like to schedule a meet and greet, please fill out the adoption questionnaire and her foster mom will contact you within a day or two.

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, microchip and rabies and other core vaccinations.
