Howdy! My name is Lucas and I'm ready to be your best friend. Are you a runner? I love to run. Do you prefer to watch Netflix or read a book? I can keep your feet warm.



I like other dogs and humans, so we can have a party. DO YOU HAVE DOG TOYS?
I LOVE TOYS
! The ones with stuffing and squeakers are the best. I am a bit of a slob though; I prefer all the toys to be spread around the house so I'm never far away from one.



Other things I love: Crates - I need a den to sleep in and a place to hang out if you're not home. Food - I'm crazy about food. Fences - I need them to remind me that I have a good home and don't need to look for anything better.



I used to have a bad right hip; it was an broken bone that didn't heal correctly. Luckily, the Animal Shelter Volunteers of Texas (ASVT) rescued me and I got the necessary surgery to correct my hip. The surgery was performed in early March 2017 and was successful.
