Penelope Rita is roughly 12 yrs old and has had a hard life. Her original owner died years ago and she was left with the owner’s son, who did not take care of her and ultimately ended up abandoning her.


 


Lucky for Penelope Rita a really nice lady found her this past fall and has been caring for her while she has been visiting from the Virgin Islands. It is time for her to go home and unfortunately taking Penelope Rita with her isn’t a real possibility.


This is where our awesome fans come in... we need to do right by Penelope Rita and find her a safe place to rest her head!
