Miss Margaret the Dog needs a home


If you are interested in adopting an ARPO pet, please visit our website, for details about our fees and process, and to complete our Pre-Qualification Form.   ARPO limits adoptions to within 50 miles of Indianapolis.  We do not have a shelter; all pets are in volunteer foster homes. 



Miss Margaret (or Mz Maggie as her foster Mom & Dad call her), is a 10 pound female Chihuahua mix who the vet guesses to be about a year old.  This sweet girl was surrendered to a local animal shelter by her owners because they had too many dogs.  Her ARPO foster parents fell in love with her at the shelter, and brought her home.  They're hoping to find a forever home for her that will make her feel loved & secure!


Miss Margaret has two foster sisters she likes to run and play chase with, and enjoys her chew toys.  She can be a bit of a food thief and is very treat motivated.  She's crate trained and puppy pad trained.
