Kara the Dog needs a home
Kara has discovered a wonderful new thing. Butt scratches! Getting her first one, she looked up with surprise and delight, quickly followed by "Can I also have a belly rub? This sweet, gentle girl had been neglected and tied up outside most her life before being rescued and brought to the shelter and then into foster care. Today she's learning what it's like to live with loving humans in a secure home, and she definitely likes it! A calm and friendly lady, Kara wags her tail for every person she meets and wants all their pets and cuddles. She wants to stay by their side, though she's also happy to hang out with her foster dog buddy. She's also respectful of the home's kitty resident. Kara is well-behaved in the home, is house-trained and doesn't require a crate. She understands what 'sit,' 'stay' and 'come' mean and walks well on leash, stopping now and then to sniff. This trusting, good-natured girl is ready to move on to her forever home.. Come give her a butt scratch and see how adorable she is.
