Hello! My name is Marri! I am a sweet lady who was rescued after Hurricane Harvey hit Texas! My 4 pups and I made it up to Minnesota, and I am really enjoying it so far. My pups have all been adopted, and now I'm ready for a family of my own! My first foster family had 2 little kids that were so fun to play with. I am a little nervous around their dad, but I am learning that he is a nice guy who just wanted to give belly rubs. I LOVE belly rubs! I also love running around, playing, and jumping super high, even though I have short legs and a long body.
I am very protective of my home and family, and can be a bit barky/nippy with new adults that come into my home. My foster family has been working diligently to help me correct this behavior, and it is getting better with encouraging experiences and treats, but it is something to be aware of, and my new family will need to keep working on this with me so I can always be such a good girl for everyone I meet! I cannot wait to find my forever home!
