Micah is a adorable 9 week old Chihuahua mix.  His mommy is a 8 pound Chihuahua and daddy is a mystery. He was given to BARC by a homeless gentleman who said he just wanted him to have a good life.  Micah is a smart active little boy who is potty pad trained and loves attention. His foster family absolutely adores him and knows he' ll find his new family soon.
