Adopt a Greyhound / Doberman Pinscher / Mixed (short coat)

You won't change the world by saving an animal. But you will change that animal's world, and that is all that sweet Brandy here is asking for. Brandy hasn't always had the easiest past, and is beyond ready to find a stable loving forever home that will stick by her side and not give up on her. She was more than likely no longer wanted for some reason by her previous home and was dumped out in the country. When she was found and brought here to CHHS, all of her ribs where showing and she was very hungry. Though through all of this she hasn't lost trust in humans, she's a very people friendly gal that's just looking for someone to love her. She has done great with everyone she's met here at CHHS, though she hasn't interacted with very many kiddos here. We think she was kept as an outside dog in her past because she's not housetrained, and really seems to like going outside. Though she's doing better about not having accidents inside during office time, and we're sure she can eventually become fully housetrained if someone is willing to put in the time and effort to teach her. Brandy would really like to find a home where she can spend time both inside and out. She can't wait to be able to curl up and relax in a comfortable chair or bed, in fact if you're looking for a cuddle buddy to curl up on the couch and watch a few episodes or even a season of your favorite show, and never give off an ounce of judgment then Brandy's your gal. Though while you're snacking on your favorite movie junk food, if you could give her a few of my own yummy canine treats she would surly appreciate it. Brandy's interacted with dogs of different sizes and have done well with all of them. She even did okay with our house cat also.
