I am the adorable and unique Tica! I am a huge bundle of LOVE in a little 5lb body. I am a little skittish when I am first getting to know new people. Once I have claimed you as my own, I will forever be by your side! I prefer a quieter house. Lots of commotion makes me nervous. I really am not bothered by other dogs or cats. Even in this cold Minnesota weather, I am house trained. I am crate trained but I would really rather sleep with you. I don't need much exercise, I would rather just cuddle with you all day. My fur is so soft you won't be able to keep your hands off of me. Come meet me and you will fall in love. I would love to have a family to call my own!

All Ruff Start dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm prevention (dogs) as well as heartworm tested (dogs).



Ruff Start Rescue is a foster based rescue. Animals are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a facility where animals are kept.
