Penelope the Cat needs a home

Penelope came to us on December 23rd when someone found her lying on the sidewalk barely able to move. Penelope had a bad upper respiratory infection causing her not to be able to smell her food and therefore not eat. We started Penelope on SQ fluids, antibiotics and an appetite stimulant. Within a couple of days Penelope started to eat and regain her strength. Penelope is a sweetheart and because she was already spayed we believe at one point she had a home. She has tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV, has been updated on her vaccines and dewormed.
