Fennel w/Triton the Bird needs a home

Fennel is a sweet King pigeon lady who somehow escaped a predator who ripped every feather out of her rear end as she got away. She was lucky to be taken to SFACC on 2/17/17 where she was treated with antibiotics for her abrasions (which even when minor can get infected, go septic and kill) and cared for until Palomacy could take her in to our (always full up) foster care on 3/6. Within weeks, she had married a very charming old man King pigeon named Triton and they are the cutest couple! Fennel was bred for meat but she is so much more than a meal... she is a living, loving and amazing soul who has made Triton the happiest pigeon ever.Please apply to adopt http://www.pigeonrescue.org/birds/apply-to-foster-or-adopt/
