Charlie the Dog needs a home

Meet Charlie!! She is a 3 year old Rottweiler Lab mix. She is currently looking for her new family. She is very friendly with children and all people. She is potty trained, crate trained, she is good on a leash but does pull some when out on a walk. The one thing to know about Charlie is she does have active prey drive. This means she is not aggressive at all, but does look at small animals as prey not friends. She needs to go to a home without small animals. So no cats or dogs under 40 pounds. She will however take care of any rabbit or squirrel issues you may have in your yard. She is electronic collar trained so she will do well in a home with invisible fencing but we don't recommend it in a urban setting as small dogs are far too interesting to her. We don't want her to have the chance to be loose where small dogs are walking by.
She is very loving and sweet, she is just looking for a family that understands her prey drive and will keep her safe and give her the love she is looking for!!
She is fully vetted, microchiped, and spayed. Her adoption fee is $150
