Adopt a American Pit Bull Terrier / Black Labrador Retriever
Adrian the Dog needs a home
Adrian is a giddy, snuggly people lover! He arrived at APA as a rescue from Hurricane Harvey and is eager to embrace the bright future ahead of him! His cup overflows with love, and he can't wait to meet his forever family! Adrian is an absolute dream to walk on his leash, is very treat motivated and is an eager, quick learner! We know it won't take him long to master house-training and anything else he puts his mind to! He goes to playgroup often, and is learning how to play with other dogs. With the right fit, he'd probably do very well with another canine sibling! This affectionate fella considers cuddling to be a full contact sport! He wants to ensure that your entire body is covered in dog hair and love. He likes an occasional round of fetch, but mostly prefers to spend his time snuggling and getting ear scratches. One activity he does really excel at is running! This agile guy is on the Ruff Tail running team and is actively building his endurance to make it all the way to 5 miles! He's really pretty awesome! Although he's very athletically inclined, he's equally content to tag along for a leisurely stroll and loves to smell the roses! Adrian has the absolute sweetest disposition and is very patient and content to just be with his people. The way his face totally lights up when you come in the room will completely melt your heart! This easy-going pooch would do wonderfully in many different homes, but mostly Adrian wants a home that will love and cherish him as much as he'll return the favor! Come meet Adrian! He promises to adore you forever!
