Petunia the Dog needs a home
Petunia is probably a lab/beagle/terrier mix. She is barely 2 years old and weighs in at around 30 pounds. She loves everything! She is a high jumper when she's excited, but she knows basic commands and will sit like a lady upon request. She plays well with friendly dogs, cats, and children. She will run away from pushy dogs that get in her face. She has the best disposition ever and it's difficult to get a picture of her without a blurry tail in it. She wags her whole body when she's happy, which is pretty much all the time. She loves to play and loves to cuddle, and deserves to be someone's spoiled rotten baby.
Adoption includes vetcheck, vaccinations, spay/neuter, and microchip. Current on heartworm preventative and flea preventative.

Our adoptions include a foster period of 4-6 weeks so that you can be sure that this pet is a good fit without any pressure, and we are available to answer any behavior or training questions during that time (and beyond, if you wish).

Local adoptions preferred (within Greater New Orleans area and surrounding parishes). We do not ship animals, as a part of our adoption process is for the potential adopter(s) to meet the dog to assess if he/she is a match for the family.
