Bart the Cat needs a home
Meet Bart! This handsome man is between 2-3 years old. He was found as stray in Cheektowaga, NY in November of 2016. When he arrived to Tabby Town his eyes were in pretty bad condition. He was seen by our vet partner, Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic, it was discovered that he had Entropion,
which is a medical condition in which the eyelid folds inward. It is very uncomfortable, as the eyelashes continuously rub against the cornea causing irritation. He also had some corneal scarring and healed ulcers. Bart spent a few days at Brighton where he
received the
best care, he underwent surgery to correct his entropion and was neutered. The surgery was a success, and Bart came back to Tabby Town to get better. Bart is now all healed up and ready to find a furever home! Bart is on the shy side, it takes him some time to warm up to new people. Once he is comfortable he will rub your legs and give head bumps. He LOVES canned food. He gets along well with other cats, but due to his timid nature he would do best in a quiet home without any small children or dogs. Bart is a mellow gentlemen who would love a furever home!
