This snuggly and kissing bandit is Abbie. Nothing formal like Abigail, just Abbie.
This very sweet and lovable girl came to us from a rural shelter where she had two tiny babies in tow. (You may remember Annie & Allie.) The tiny shelter was no place for these three lovable girls.
Abbie is a total sweetheart and just wants to give people as many snuggles and kisses as they care to receive. She would do best with someone who wants a true lapdog and doesn't mind a tiny, beautiful little "shadow."
Abbie enjoys other dogs. She will run and play in short spurts with other dogs, and will bark to greet any new dogs she meets. She would be great in a pack of littles who will help her be the puppy she truly will become.
Abbie does enjoy "sunbathing" on nice days, so a small yard would be nice but not absolutely necessary. Maybe access to a patio where the sun does shine and she can enjoy some fresh air. Abbie good with a few short walks a day and always takes care of business when she goes outside. She would be great in an apartment with access to outside periodically or small house with a yard.
Abbie has been undergoing treatment for heartworms and has come through it like a Champ. Her walks have been short, but she has also enjoyed walks and adventures by way of backpack. This girl truly just wants to enjoy life with her human, Abbie's favorite thing to do is give endless snuggles and kisses to her humans. She loves to lay and nap with you or just look at you.
