Bixley comes to us from southern WV, where he was used as breeding stock and was surrendered by the breeder to our rescue. He's really calm, almost meek, and a little scared after all he's been through with moving. We're 100% confident that he'll come out of his shell in a week or less, as they all normally do. As with all new shelter dogs that come into our rescue, we consider his house training skills as a work in progress. He likes toys! He is new to a leash, so he's a little scared about that.
