Cookie the Dog needs a home
Cookie here. Satchel's rescued me several years ago and helped me raise my puppies. My puppies all found homes and Satchel's became my home. It's okay here and the people are great but I would so love a home to call my own and my very own people to love me. I'm an energetic girl and would do best in a home where I am included in the activities of the home. I love to run around the yard playing or go for nice long walks. I did have some separation anxiety when I was caring for my puppies and I'm not sure how it would affect me in a home, so I really need a home with someone who will help me work through any anxiety I have. I can also be an escape artist if I want to be - jumping fences to look for my people if I'm left alone. I am getting older now and haven't jumped a fence for a while but it would be best not to leave me alone in the yard. I love people and make friends with everyone I meet. People here say I'm a lover. Cookie is considered one of our special needs fur babies because we are unsure how severe her separation anxiety might be in a home. She weighs approximately 55 lbs and is guessed to be about 7 years old.
