Fauvi the Cat needs a home
Fauvi's name should really be Routisserie! He loves attention soooo much that he rolls and rolls and rolls just so you touch every square inch of his body, especially his belly, believe it or not. Fauvi loves to sit on laps, lay in your arms, and he's also a champion headbutt-er, so be prepared for a gentle shove when he's ready for lovin'. He's a very gentle soul and a great companion that gets along well with other kitties and their humans. His purrbox is non-stop, so he'll gently lull you to sleep after a hard day at work. Adopting a young adult is a 10-20 year commitment, is beneficial because they readily adapt to their new home, their personalities are already developed, and they'll provide many years of love, devotion, entertainment, and companionship. Fauvi's ideal humans are those who crave the fun, energy, joy, and inquisitiveness of a young adult, and will happily include him in their daily activities. He'll do best in a quiet home (no small children) with another pet (hopefully his brother Jett because they're very good buddies, or a fostermate) and older children to keep him company. With a loving family, he'll be a wonderful and constant companion for many years. Born in July 2013, Fauvi is a taupe/tawny brown tabby DSH male (fauve is French for taupe, by the way), is neutered, fully vaccinated (FVRCP and rabies), tested negative for FeLV, dewormed, deflead, and microchipped for identification. He uses the litterbox and scratching post, and must be indoors-only. Please contact Fauvi's foster mom at [email protected] or call
