Pearl, a shiny black cat with Siamese heritage is beautiful, unique and precious – just like a black pearl. Her golden eyes illuminate against her fluffy, jet black fur. She is just a lover and super happy being held, petted, combed, and talked to, you’ll know she’s content by her non-stop purring, says her caregiver. When she is not getting loved on, she finds a place to elegantly perch herself to observe any action. Pearl will get along with other animals in the house.
Rescue Story: Community Animal Network rescued back Pearl from the OC Animal Care Center with the help of a tiny life-saving microchip. She became lost in her own neighborhood and went unnoticed for four months. During a summer heatwave she grew weak and dehydrated and she was taken to the county shelter where she was scanned for identification. Her previous owner had thought she was killed and got another cat.
