Thomas Tissue the Cat needs a home
Sweet - Quiet - Mildly Affectionate Thomas Tissue is a handsome older cat with a white face, chest, and stomach and jaunty black and brown stripes from the top of his head to all the way down his back. As a gentleman of leisure, Thomas isn't interested in uncouth activities like chasing laser pointers or jumping around after a feather on a string. No, he prefers to sit quietly in the window and survey the goings-on in the neighborhood, especially what the neighbor cats are getting up to. Considering how genteel Thomas is, it's amazing that he came from a hoarding situation. Though he came to APA! among a group of 30 cats, he tolerates the other cats in his foster home well. He occasionally hisses, but never gets aggressive. The strong silent type, Thomas doesn't meow very often at all. He has impeccable litter manners and scratching behavior. He enjoys being petted and every once in a while will even ask to be petted, but he isn't a needy cat. It's unclear how he would get along with dogs or kids, but he is such a patient fellow that he might be able to live with any creature who is can match his calm and quiet demeanor. Thomas is a wonderful senior cat who is seeking a permanent home to spend the rest of his life in comfort. He's a low-maintenance cat who can bring a sense of tranquility wherever he goes. Thomas will thrive in any loving, quiet home (as long as there are plenty of windows for him). All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team. For further information or to meet Thomas Tissue please email
