Adopt a Tabby / Domestic Short Hair / Mixed

Tabby / Domestic Short Hair / Mixed Cat

Ariel the Cat needs a home

(Ariel is tabby in photo, Casey (black kitten) was adopted) Both were found in car engines and paired together. Casey was adopted.  Ariel loves play wands and the laser light. She also runs to the top of the cat tree and down, just because she can. Go Ariel! She was instumental in her being rescued. Ariel was transported in a car engine to a car lot. She meowed loud enough for a passerby to hear her. Lucky for her that it was a Spay the Strays volunteer  Ariel can be shy at times. She likes to play but is also very quiet. She loves other cats. But this girl isn't a lap kitty. She is gentle and likes to investigate any new toy. Ariel would do best in very quiet, easy going home. She loves naps, wet food, and treats. This girl needs a chance! We did not want to return her to the car lot that abuts a dangerous,  busy road. We felt that she showed great potential.  Ariel doesn't hiss, complain, fight, scratch etc. As with most kitties, she would need time to adjust to the sounds, sights, and smells of your home. A few weeks and she will be you BFF. She is a gentle soul waiting for a lovely family. Is it you?
