Adopt a Domestic Short Hair / Mixed (medium coat)
Gold E Locks the Cat needs a home
Gold E was brought into rescue with her sister, Quinn as a 6 week old kitten. After she was rescued, we realized that she loved other animals but was very timid and didn’t like to be touched. She was a real ‘fraidy-cat’. Gradually, we have worked with her to show her the benefits of humans. Now she likes to be petted, and will occasionally purr in a rusty, timid way. She still doesn’t enjoy being picked up, is scared of loud noises and being chased. Gold E is playful with the other cats, loves to watch the birds from the window, and will follow you from room to room. She’s also been known to sit up on her butt and beg for turkey with her front paws. She would do best in a quiet home with no children and another cat to hang out with. She’s very independent and can amuse herself quite nicely if you go off to work every day. She’d be the perfect buddy for a single guy who wants someone to watch football with on Sundays on the couch!
If you’re looking for a non-clingy cat with tons of personality, Gold E Locks is looking for you!
